Redouane Borsali awarded in Japan for its bio-based copolymers

To miniaturize electronic systems, Redouane Borsali uses surprising materials: nano-organized sugar films. For his numerous works in this field, the director of the Institut Carnot PolyNat and research director at the Centre de recherches sur les macromolécules végétales (CERMAV, CNRS), has been awarded the International Prize of the Society of Polymer Science of Japan (SPSJ). A country with which Redouane Borsali has forged links through his publications on bio-based copolymers derived from recycled cellulose.
